We are a Hog Roast company based between Rotherham and Doncaster in South Yorkshire and serving Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
We have been operating for more than 10 years, offering a Full Catering Service as well as DIY Hog Roast.
We only use quality assured locally produced pigs for our hog roasts. This is a guarantee of high standards and traceability.
The cooking process takes place behind glass for 10-12 hours and is slow spit roasting, which is self-basting and produces succulent, tender, tasty pork and crispy crackling. The 6ft glass hog roast machine makes a real feature at your event.
The roast pork is freshly carved and can be served as part of a buffet or as Pulled Pork in a soft bread roll, with Bramley apple sauce and fresh sage and caramelised onion stuffing - all of which are home made. Both the apples and sage are grown in our garden.
We cater for Weddings, Parties and Corporate Functions.
Meats other than pork can be supplied and cooked on our machine, including beef, lamb, venison and poultry.
We also offer a DIY hog roast which is hire of a machine complete with pig, gas and temperature probe. The price includes delivery, training, collection and cleaning.
We are fully inspected by our local environment health department - our hygiene rating is 5 very good - and hold public liability insurance.
